This Waste Legislation Forum is an ideal location for Canadians to learn about legislation that may be applicable to their facility waste streams.  In Canada, there is Federal and Provincial legislation requirements on how you handle and deal with your waste streams, and look at complexities that may arise when you ship from one province to another, or outside of Canada. This will be an excellent place for individuals to share their experiences and learn about regulatory changes, useful tools, checklists or resources that may be available.  This forum initially will concentrate on waste within Ontario, however this will expand to include other provinces as time permits. Please share your experiences, useful tips and problems to avoid.  This forum has the potential to be a wealth of knowledge and resources for you if you help others and allow them to help you.  Please feel free to share.Welcome to our "Share Your Best Practices" platform! Here, we invite you to bask in the glow of your accomplishments, big or small. Please share your best practices on how you handle hazardous products, store or transport your dangerous goods and hazardous waste.  Or better still how are you insuring that your employees are receiving competency or adequate training for their job function to meet the needs of Canadian regulations. This is a space dedicated solely to celebrating and sharing of best practices to help all community members to perhaps learn a new approach.
